Karate

Ben said he wanted to do karate that it was a great exercise...and i asked where he learned that and he said, "I just know its in my head..." he also said he knows how to punch and i asked where he learned that and again he said he just knew and i said where did you hear that from and he pointed to his ear and said, "this ear told me." haha ;o)
