I got to interview someone!

Today I was able to be a part of the interview process for the other front desk person! I got to ask 3 questions and I even helped her answer her questions haha! Sometimes she couldn't finish her sentences and so I was helping haha! I probably won't be invited back to do it again haha jk! It was my boss, another co worker and myself interviewing this girl. I think she may get the job, but the only concern was that she would want to move up(she didn't say it, but she talked of her last job and that she wanted to move up). Which is ok because people should always try & better themselves...;o) I love what I do ;o). I wore my power suit today ;o) The 3 questions I asked were:

Do you like to smile & do you like people? (haha I know that sounds dumb, but my boss likes when we smile & you have to like people to do the job. Also the co worker that was in the meeting with us had told me the previous week that she hated smiling & that she didn't like people. So I thought I would ask it. My boss actually agreed and let her know that he feels we need to smile & acknowledge people when they come in.)

Tell us what was the hardest customer service situation that you have had. Perhaps an angry or irate customer? (she said that a drunk man came in the bank she worked at and he was irate & saying someone was stealing money from his account. She said they had to take him to the back room so that he wouldn't get violant with people. )

And Is your schedule pretty flexible? Like coming from 8-5 or taking lunch at any time of the day? Then my boss added like coming in from 7-4? (she said she was flexible. So that is good!)

She is really the only one that has tried for the job. We had another person, but a co worker that recommended her told me today that she gets migraines and that she had to cancel her interview. My boss said there was no one else. We shall see ;o)! Friday he is taking the listings team (I am on that) to lunch! I am excited & I hope it's somewhere good!
