Our stake makes cookies for the prison every year & so I participated this year cause I love to make cookies! (Last year they donated 10,000 cookies!)
So I made Pumpkin Eggnog Cookies. I used Mrs Fields Eggnog Cookie Recipe, but I used pumpkin eggnog.
Yes I was worried cause I had never heard of it, but it is good! mmmmmmm I only made enough cookies for 2 dozen & so I didn't get to try them :o(. When I dropped them off at the church the lady I gave them to said, "Ohhhhh Pumpkin Eggnog!! (insert lady's name...) We have pumpkin eggnog cookies over here!!!" LOL I was happy they were excited about them :o).

I wish you would publish this cookie recipe. I like making cookies would love to use the recipe you used. I just want to know how much pumpkin you used. I use the Mrs. Fields Cookie cookbook so the rest of the recipe I have.

Hey Bruce I just saw your note...I used actual pumpkin eggnog from the store...Instead of the regular eggnog that the recipe calls for I used the pumpkin eggnog. I totally forgot about that haha! I wasn't even sure what I did until I thought about the actual pumpkin eggnog.
