Pumpkin patch visits (I posted a couple in the last blog...):
Benjamin HAD to clean his pumpkin haha! So cute!Benjamin's 3rd birthday (November 1, 2007):
I took him to the fire station to see what they do...he loved it ;o) He wanted to see a doggy & they didn't have one...but the fireman slid down the fire pole and Benjamin said, "Do that again!!" I have a video of it, but I am not sure it would work on here ;o). It's really cute! He also wanted me to do it, but I had to explain to him that I didn't work there & that I wasn't allowed to ;o) haha Thank goodness! ;o)
I made his birthday cake...he wanted a Car's cake...I was going nuts trying to figure out what to do & then I saw the tractor tipping Car's set (just the cars) & we bought it & I made the cake with coconut that I dyed yellow to have it be a hay field ;o). The little backdrop is Frank, the big tractor that chased them out of the field...(it came with the box).
He LOVED it ;o).
He had a few friends & cousins come to his party...our apartment was FULL! In the picture of Benjamin opening his presents is our little neighbor girl, Avery, she is sooooo cute! When I had invited her & her parents she asked her mom if she could wear her dress. I thought that was really cute!
Tent making...as the kids listen to Abba haha ;o) I LOVED Abba as a kid & one day my in-laws were listening to Abba & it reminded me of how much fun it was listening to them on the record player! I had 2 of their CD's & so I put them on for the kids now ;o). YAY We have tent time at least once a day now...
I had even gotten a pic of daddy reading to the kids!
IT HAS BEEN A GREAT MONTH!
